Semblo — Terms

1. The service

Semblo, edited by YLC Network FZC, lets an expert create an AI twin trained on their own content. The public can chat with the twin or call it by voice. The twin is software: it is not the expert, and it says so. The expert can read the conversations held with their twin.

2. Minimum age and young users

You must be at least 16 years old to use Semblo, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where your country's law requires it below that age. Voice calls require a YLC account (unless the expert has enabled calls without an account) and an explicit confirmation of age.

Twins are instructed never to produce sexual content, never to give dangerous medical, legal, drug or dieting advice, never to ask for personal details beyond a first name, never to arrange a meeting or move a conversation to private channels, and never to promise a contract, a trial, a selection, money or any result. Messages are filtered before reaching the twin; flagged conversations are reported to the expert.

3. AI answers

Answers are generated by artificial intelligence from the expert's sources. They can be incomplete or wrong. Each answer shows its sources when they exist; when the twin does not know, it says so and passes the question to the expert. Nothing a twin says is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

4. Subscriptions and the expert's share

Experts may sell unlimited access to their twin by subscription. YLC Network FZC sells the subscription through Whop, which processes the payment and collects the applicable taxes. The subscriber can cancel at any time and keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Each month, the expert receives 90% of the amounts paid by their subscribers, minus the payment fees charged by Whop and minus the AI cost of their subscribers' usage (answers and call minutes, at actual cost times one and a half). YLC Network FZC keeps 10%. The calculation is shown in the expert's space. Payouts are made once a month, for the previous calendar month, to the payout account the expert opens with Whop — only after Whop has verified the expert's identity (KYC); Whop's own rules on holds and withdrawals apply. A refunded payment is deducted from the month it belongs to. Amounts depend entirely on the subscriptions actually paid — Semblo does not promise any income.

An expert's own usage (training, tests, calls they open to non-subscribers) is paid in YLC credits at the prices shown before each action.

5. The expert's commitments

The expert publishes only content they have the right to use, verifies their identity before their twin becomes public, does not impersonate anyone, and remains responsible for their offers and products shown in conversations. The voice used for calls is the expert's own, cloned with their explicit consent, and can be deleted at any time (including at the voice provider).

6. Data and privacy

We store the conversations, the first name and email a visitor chooses to leave, their country (from the connection) and, for calls, the transcript and — only with consent — the recording. They are used to answer, to let the expert follow up and to improve the twin. Processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (answers), OpenAI (search and transcription), ElevenLabs (the expert's cloned voice on calls), Whop (payments).
